What we do

Four ways to work with us.

Most firms do one of these. Owners rarely need just one. We built all four so the advice you get is never shaped by what we happen to sell.

01 · Technology

Service Ignition Platform

The operating system for home service companies. Live field visibility, technician coaching, and automatic revenue recovery on top of the CRM you already use.

  • Real-time performance by tech, call type, and tier
  • ODSS: Premium / Standard / Economy options on every call
  • Coaching, price book, and revenue tools in one place

02 · Advisory

Brokerage & Advisory

Sell-side representation and transaction readiness for owners considering a sale, now or in three years. Discreet, prepared, and run like a process rather than an event.

  • Valuation and deal screening
  • Confidential marketing and buyer outreach
  • Structure and proceeds analysis through close

03 · Partnership

Operational Management Partnership

An experienced operating partner embedded alongside your leadership. We run the numbers, the cadence, and the accountability, while you keep the company and the relationships.

  • Weekly operating rhythm and scorecards
  • Pricing, dispatch, and technician performance
  • Leadership development and succession planning

04 · Acquisitions

Acquisitions

We acquire and partner with home service companies run by owners who care what happens to their people and their name. Fair terms, clear timelines, and a plan for what comes next.

  • Full and partial exits, with continuity for your team

  • Direct conversations, no auction required

How it fits together

One relationship across the life of your business.

Where you start depends on where you are. Nothing is a requirement for anything else.

Step 1

Operate

Get clear on the numbers. The platform shows where revenue is leaking and who is leading.

Step 2

Strengthen

An operating partner builds the rhythm and leadership that make the company run without you.

Step 3

Prepare

Clean books, proven performance, and a defensible story raise value and cut risk before a sale.

Step 4

Transition

Sell through our advisory team, or to us, on terms that protect your people and your legacy.

Our story

We have sat in your chair.

Service Ignition was founded by Mark Ryan, who acquired Suntech Heat and Air and grew it from roughly $817,000 to $9.8 million in revenue. He built the playbook in the field, with real crews, real margins, and real payroll.

Everything here exists because an owner needed it and nobody had it. We would rather be useful early than impressive late.

Every service call is an opportunity to build your own house. Mark Ryan, Founder

Who we work with

Owners at three different moments.

Growing

Growing

You want better visibility, stronger technicians, and a business that does not depend on you for every decision.

Stuck

Stuck

Revenue has plateaued, margins are thin, or the owner is the bottleneck. You need a partner who has fixed it before.

Ready

Ready

You are thinking about retirement, a partner, or a sale. You want to understand your options without committing to anything.

First conversations are private, direct, and free of obligation. Tell us a little about your company and what you are weighing, and an operator will respond personally.
